MitoEAGLE

        • Benefits for COST and for the COST Action MitoEAGLE
I’m interested in a few topics. First and major is method of measurement of OXPOS and fluorimetry (ROS, Amplex Red; NADH autofluoriscence) at once. The biggest problem of fluorometrically assay on isolated mitochondria level is technically difficulty of oxygen concentration standardization in quartz cell, expetually using different temperature gradient with isolation from air.
