Investigating mitochondrial function in blood cells by high-resolution respirometry: contribution to an interlaboratory study. MitoEAGLE WG4.

In particular, we are interested in the standardization of protocols to separate blood cells for the respirometry analysis. We do have a large biobank of samples (n=5000), which are all well characterized phenotypically. For these samples we have frozen blood samples and would be interested to analyze a subset of them.
