I only now realized that not only in this but also in the first fluorometry paper you added superoxide dismutase to the H2O2 assay (unlike our Hungarian partners). Do you think this should be a general approach to make H2O2 production a better indicator for "ROS"? long pass vs low pass
I guess your description of the system should read "long pass filter" instead of "low pass filter"? "low pass" would seem to have an ambiguous meaning in optics: low frequency or low wavelength?--Fasching Mario 12:50, 20 January 2012 (CET)
