The PB-Module was developed for monitoring real-time the O2 flux from dark respiration to net photosynthesis and light-enhanced dark respiration. The light intensity provided by blue, red or white PBLS inserted in the window of the O2k-chambers can be set accurately by the DatLab 8 software.
