Air calibration

From Bioblast
Revision as of 15:34, 21 September 2010 by Fasching Mario (talk | contribs)

Air calibration is together with zero calibration one of the two steps of the POS calibration, see [MiPNet12.08]. It is done at open chamber after zero( +/- 1 pmol (s ml)) has been achieved. Unlike zero calibration but like the stirrer test, air calibration should be done before each experiment (and does not take any extra time). See [Raw signal]] for the signal to expect during Air calibration.
