Creatine

Description

Creatine is a nitrogenous organic acid that occurs naturally in vertebrates and helps primarily muscle cells to supply energy by increasing the formation of adenosine triphosphate (ATP).

Preparation of MiR05Cr or MiR06Cr with 20 mM creatine:
Caution: Prepare fresh everyday!
  1. Weigh 6 mg creatine.
  2. Dissolve in 2 mL MiR05 or MiR06 to obtain MiR05Cr or MiR06Cr.
