Registration
- The registration for MiP 2015 is now open:
- The deadline for early-registration will be July 14th.
- Late-registration starts on July 15th.
Conference fees
MiP2015 registration fee (including bi-annual MiPmembership, conference organization, materials, venue, return transfer Prague – Meadows chalet):
- regular: 320.- EUR
- regular + lifetime-membership (instead of bi-annual MiPmembership): 600.- EUR
- for students: 280.- EUR
- for MiPmembers: 250.- EUR
Late registration fee: surcharge of 50.- EUR
In case of fully booked conference capacity, late registrations may not be accepted.
Accomodation
Accomodation costs are divided into two categories:
- 350.- EUR for double room
- 250.- EUR for triple room
Any meals and coffee breaks are included in the price.
The cancellation policy
Cancellations will be accepted until August 16th with a refund of 50 %.
