O2k-sV-Module
| Description | O2k-sV-Module: specifically developed to perform high-resolution respirometry with reduced amounts of biological sample, consists of Duran glass chambers of 12 mm inner diameter, all components necessary for smaller operation volume (V) of 0.5 cm3 (0.5 mL) and current DatLab version with free follow-up upgrades.
The main applicataion O2k-sV-Module is OXPHOS analysis - monitoring of cellular and mitochondrial respiratory function. The O2k-sV-Module cannot be used in combination with the O2k-MultiSensor Modules. |
