SOP: request for data analysis and/or interpretation by the Customer
- Body text to be included in https://wiki.oroboros.at/index.php/O2k-Open_Support#O2k-Open_Support:_technical_help: O2k-Open Support includes Open Access pages that help to optimally use the O2k, to apply instrumental O2k-Quality Control, and perform user-service when needed. The scope of such support includes technical and scientific questions which are available on our website and relevant to the scientific community. Consultancy fees apply for data analysis and/or interpretation requests.
- Lisa's suggestion: Support regarding data analysis and/or interpretation is provided on an individual basis, for which consultancy fees apply
- Body text to be included in O2k-Open Support agreement: Please note that regular consultancy fees might apply, should you request data interpretation support and/or not agree with our O2k-Open Support agreement.
