Sodium azide is an inhbitor of cytochrome c oxidase (COX, CcO).

  1. Weigh 260 mg of sodium azide.
  2. Dissolve in 900 ยตL H20.
  3. Divide into 0.5 mL portions.
  4. Store at -20 ยฐC.
