MitoPedia O2k and high-resolution respirometry: DatLab

Protocol editor

The sequence of Events and Marks can be edited with names, definitions, concentrations and titration volumes. After a protocol is edited and saved under a defined name, the protocol has to be selected and assigned to one or both O2k-chambers.
A. Instrumental protocols: calibration and instrumental O2 background test
B. SUIT protocols: linked to titration solutions
C. TIP2k-protocols.

Protocol driver

After selecting a protocol, the Protocol driver indicates for the selected O2k-chamber, which events and marks have been set (green), and which event is to be set next, with the corresponding mark.
