Ionomycin (Imy) stock solution: 0.5 mg/ml (EtOH), stored at -20 ยฐC.

Final concentration: 0.5 ยตg/ml; titrate 2 ยตl into the 2 ml O2k-Chamber, using a 10 ยตl Hamilton syringe.
