Social programme
An optional pre-conference social event will be organized in Prague on Sunday 6th evening, including a river boat cruise with dinner and overnight lodging on a boat hotel - at total cost of 80 EUR.
Scientific programme: Outline
The conference will focus on:
- Alterations of mitochondrial physiology in pathologic states – mitochondrial diseases, cancer, diabetes etc.
- Structural basis of mitochondrial physiology – mitochondrial biogenesis, dynamics of mitochondrial supercomplexes, changes of mitochondrial ultrastructure
- Mitochondrial physiology in life and death of the cell – regulation of mitochondrial energy provision signalling, permeability transition
- Mitochondria in whole body physiology – exercise physiology, enviromental effects etc.
