Abstract: Methodological and conceptual features of highresolution respirometry are illustrated in an experiment with permeabilized fibres in the OROBOROS Oxygraph- 2k (O2k). The experiment demonstrates manual titrations applied to study respiratory capacity in permeabilized fibres.
