O2k-Workshops in O2k-Network Labs

Concept

A local service for the MiPNet Lab, and feedback support for OROBOROS INSTRUMENTS to disseminate the newest developments in the region by invitation to external participants.

Advance announcement

• General: Focus on four sessions:

1. Setting up the Oxygraph-2k and instrumental service.
2. Protocols for high-resolution respirometry and O2k-Fluorometry: A focus on combined measurement of respiration and mt-membrane potential.
3. A demo experiment: Combined measurement of respiration and hydrogen peroxide production.
4. Extending real-time data analysis to evaluation of results, discussion of protocol design, OROBOROS in science.

• A detailed programme including the timing of sessions can be developed later in collaboration with the local host.
