Editorial comments

Additional labels: Add a label BCYYYY.# where YYYY is the year and # is the volume number - Authors 2020 Bioenergetics Comm

MiPNet publications are O2k manuals etc.
Bioenergetics Communications will include short scientific communications that are not ready for a MitoFit Preprint (e.g. SUIT protocols, etc).

Write the DLD file name in the table/figure legends.

The DLD files that are shown or used in figures/tables will be copied into the publication subdirectory.
