Description
The chambers of the Oroboros O2k are illuminated by an internal LED. The illumination is switched on and off in DatLab during the experiment by pressing [F10]. This illumination must be distinguished from light introduced into the chambers by LEDs for the purpose of spectrophotometric and fluorometric measurements. For these, the internal illumination must be switched off.

- First, please confirm that you did not accidentally press F10 or switch off the illumination in the O2k control window [F7].
- If not, please perform the following quality control tests:
- Switch off and on the illumination using F10 or in the ‘O2k control’ window [F7];
- Switch off and on the instrument and check if the illumination is restored.
- If these procedures do not solve the problem, the O2k should be shipped to our workshop for repairment. Please contact our customer support to analyse your problem and provide instructions before shipment.
