===Abstract:===
The MitoFit DatLab analysis test can be considered as a first-level 'dry' MitoFit Proficiency Test for evaluation of inter-individual and inter-laboratory reproducibility and accuracy of DatLab analysis of the same data files. Proficiency will be tested for (1) setting Marks for analysis of flux; (2) O2 calibration at air saturation and zero O2 concentration; (3) analysis of instrumental O2 background and copying of parameters for flux analysis.

# Obtain a measure of noise due to variability in setting marks on 'flux' when evaluating flux in different respiratory states.
# Guide the user to the DatLab-Excel template for analysis.
# Proficiency test: Two-point O<sub>2</sub> calibration, with O<sub>2</sub> solubility factor.
# Obtain a measure of noise of instrumental O<sub>2</sub> background parameters due to variability in setting marks on 'flux'.
# Proficiency test: Application of instrumental O<sub>2</sub> background to analysis of flux.
