Q-junction

Description

The Q-junction is a junction for convergent electron flow in the ETS from CI, CII, glycerophosphate dehydrogenase and electron-transferring flavoprotein into the Q-cycle and further to CIII. Coenzyme Q (Q or CoQ) is a redox system of the ETS.

Abbreviation: Q
