MitoFit Proficiency Test

The introductory offer contains the following unique components:

- A three-level proficiency test, with
- 1. Instrumental proficiency: instrumental background and air calibration to ensure optimum instrumental performance

- The MitoFit Proficiency Test is based on user-friendly DatLab-Protocols. The evaluation of your experimental results is conducted by mitochondrial physiology experts at Oroboros Instruments.

- You receive detailed feedback on the quality of measurements and analysis within the Proficiency Test.
- Technical and scientific support is provided by mitochondrial physiology experts at Oroboros Instruments in case of instrumental or experimental issues during the test.
- Certification upon successful test
- A MitoFit Proficiency Test certificate from Oroboros Instruments acknowledging your personal proficiency in the own laboratory environment will be conferred.
- Consumables: MiR05-Kit and cryopreserved HEK 293T cells for the Proficiency Test
- You receive the pre-mixed respiration medium MiR05-Kit and cryopreserved cells, ready to be measured in the O2k to minimize inter-laboratory differences and increase reproducibility.
- 1 vial MiR05-Kit per research group and 2 vials of cryopreserved HEK 293T cells per participant are included.
- Store the second vial of cells at -80 °C until our feedback on your performance. It can be used for a second test if your initial results are unsatisfactory.
