E-P control efficiency

Description

The E-P coupling control factor, ΔjE-P = (E-P)/E, is the apparent ETS excess capacity over P; 0.0 for zero excess capacity when P=E. The OXPHOS state of mt-preparations is stimulated to ETS by uncoupler titration. ΔjE-P expresses the control of the phosphorylation system over OXPHOS capacity in a constant substrate state.

Abbreviation: ΔjE-P, CCFE-P
