General information

Oroboros Instruments is committed to high level customer service. Therefore, we hold our annual distributor meetings, offering updates on the newest developments and advanced training to the technical and service teams of our distributors.

The Virtual Oroboros Distributor Meeting offers flexibility to our distributors and virtual coaching sessions that most fit their individual needs.

Live session workflow

Our official distributors receive the access to exclusive online material, along with the O2k-Manual and O2k-Videosupport (which are always available on the website).

It is highly recommended that our distributors and their staff members prepare for the virtual coaching sessions by going through the self-study material (e.g. video clips and manuals) of Part 1.1 (OroboPOS service, O2k instrumental setup).

Virtual coaching hour allocation

Individual coaching hours can be used for any topics needed, such as to prepare experiments, answer any other related questions, etc.

» The virtual coaching sessions will take place on the dates confirmed by both sides.
